Section 17
Committee May Be Constituted:
(1) The Commission may constitute a committee of concerned experts for submitting recommendations on the functions to be performed by it pursuant to this Act.
(2) The functions, duties, powers and procedures of the Committee constituted pursuant to Sub-section (1) shall be as prescribed by the Commission.
